We have been customers for over 4 years now, I have the Wade Dragon Glass Rod and Pelican Reel that I love. I have always looked forward to my Guide Series Boxes but we had to cancel when the quality just sank and it wasn’t worth it anymore. I was so happy to see the email saying the company was going back to its roots, so I was stoked to try again with their ComeBack campaign but unfortunately , my Guide Series box was as bad, if not worse than when we cancelled. A deck of cards and some rod bands, definitely no “brand name gear” like advertised. I would expect more from their basic box but to have this in the top tier Guide Series. It would have been better to wait to do the comeback campaign when you were ready to go back to the boxes we loved. So unfortunately, it’s just not worth it still, which is such a shame because we wanted to support the company again but we just can’t justify it and at this point we would be hesitant to try again, even with a discount. I tried to add a photo of the box but that option isn’t showing for me. I gave an extra star because the flies are good so it wasn’t a complete waste.
